Who we are
aiadapt is the AI enablement and operational optimisation practice of Molina USA, LLC. The engine was not built as a product to demo — it was built because we needed it to run our own consumer brands, and it is still where our own operations live.
We are a small, implementation-minded practice. That is a deliberate limit, not a stage we are trying to grow out of: the method depends on someone senior actually sitting with your process, and that does not scale by adding junior headcount.
We are not a certification body, we do not resell software licences, and we do not deliver a strategy document as the outcome. The deliverable is a workflow your team uses, with the documentation generated from it.
A good part of the value in the first step is finding the processes that should not be automated at all — the ones that need a decision, a policy or a conversation instead. Saying that costs us a sale sometimes, and it is still the right answer.
