Audit-ready by design
Every process we model is documented to the ISO 9001:2015 process approach as a by-product of running it. There is no separate compliance project to fund later, because the records are generated from the live model rather than maintained beside it.
| Clause | What you receive |
|---|---|
| §4.4 Process approach | Each process with a named owner, inputs and outputs as a SIPOC map, and performance indicators. |
| §6.1 Risk-based thinking | A risk register per process — impact, likelihood, and the control actually in place. |
| §7.5 Documented information | Every form under document control: version, approver, review cycle and confidentiality class. |
| §9.1 & §10 — PDCA | KPIs and a Plan-Do-Check-Act loop built into each end-to-end workflow. |
| BPMN 2.0 · ISO/IEC 19510 | Each workflow exported as a standard BPMN diagram — opens in Camunda, Bizagi or Visio. |
aiadapt is not a certification body. We produce the documented information an audit asks for; the audit and the certificate remain between you and an accredited certification body. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something that does not exist.
The common failure of a quality system is a binder that describes a process nobody follows. Because these outputs are generated from the live model rather than written separately, the process register, SIPOC maps, document-control list and BPMN diagrams always describe what actually runs — including when it changes.
Bring the process your auditor asks about most.
