Customer service

One assistant. Every channel. One approved answer.

Instagram, Facebook, marketplaces and web chat answered from the same approved knowledge base — so a customer gets the same answer wherever they ask.

What it actually does

Answers from an approved base

The assistant only answers from content you have approved — product facts, policies, shipping rules. It does not improvise claims about your product.

Escalates what it shouldn't touch

Complaints, health or legal questions, refunds and anything unusual go to a named person instead of getting an automated reply.

Writes back into the workflow

A conversation that becomes a complaint opens a complaint card; one that becomes an order opens an order card. The chat is not a dead end.

How it is introduced

The assistant does not go live answering customers on day one. It starts in review mode: it drafts, a person approves or corrects, and those corrections become part of the approved base. Only once the answers are consistently right does it start replying directly — and even then, the escalation rules stay.

Platform limits we design around

Messaging platforms restrict when a business may reply to a private message after the customer's last contact. Public comments and private messages are therefore treated as two different flows with different rules — not one generic inbox.
